Mr. & Mrs. Ligon | Clarendon Wedding Photographer

I’ve been so excited about shooting Grant & Brittany’s wedding since meeting them at their engagement session in February. As Brittany told me about all the sweet, southern details they were going to be incorporating into their wedding, I started dreaming of what their wedding day would be like. Well, let me just say, it far exceeded my expectations! Grant & Brittany were married at the Linger Longer house (cutest name ever, right?!) in Clarendon, Arkansas, and I had such an amazing time capturing their day. After almost seven years together, these high school sweethearts are finally enjoying life together as husband and wife, and I could not be more excited for them! Enjoy my favorites from their day!

Brittany’s dress was so beautiful and perfectly her! If you missed her bridal session on Monday, check it out here.

I loved shooting in the Linger Longer house. It was so full of history and all things southern!

Yep. I died.

I just LOVE hydrangeas, and lucky for me, their wedding was full of them!

Brittany’s bouquet carried an arrowhead and plane in memory of both her & Grant’s fathers.

How incredible is this vintage jewelry? The earrings belonged to her grandmother, and the bracelet was Grant’s grandmother’s. :)

I somehow always luck out with the most beautiful brides, and I also luck out with the prettiest mother of the brides! Karen, you’re beautiful!

Y’all know I love a good monogram on a men’s button up. PERFECT for getting ready in!

Gosh, Brittany… You’re stunning!

I loved the salmon color that Brittany’s bridesmaids wore.

:)

Meanwhile, Grant got ready… Of course, it didn’t take nearly as long for him. :)

Grant’s tie is hands-down my favorite tie I’ve ever shot! You really can’t go wrong with cotton!

So adorable!

Y’all are just beautiful!

Love this one!

I’m so thankful for Linger Longer’s amazing porch! It provided us with the perfect light for portraits at 2pm.

:)

Oh my word. Brittany! Stop it! And Grant, you are SO sweet to her!

Favorite!

Another one of my favorites, for sure!

Final touches before the ceremony…

This is what a photographer’s dream looks like!

High school sweethearts, now husband and wife!!!!

Warning: Your heart is about to explode. Meet Wyatt, Grant & Brittany’s nephew and ring bearer.
He carried Grant’s father’s Bible and wedding ring down the aisle, which was such an amazing way to honor his memory.

I loved all the thoughtful details they incorporated into their reception…

Seriously? This arrangement? Incredible!!!

Grant LOVES milk & cookies (I mean, who doesn’t?!), and I love how they incorporated that into their day!

Thank y’all for giving me SO much time for portraits!

Another favorite!

And another! Don’t judge me… I’m just indecisive!

Y’all are the best. :)

Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Ligon!

I’m trying to get into the habit of taking a picture with my couples on their wedding day. Please excuse the fact that I have almost no makeup on…
It was just a LITTLE hot on their wedding day, and I sweat like a linebacker in August. Yeah… Gross.
All that aside, I really do love these amazing people who have become friends!

Happy Thursday!
